Since I'm just starting my blog now, and my work outs started last week, I wanted to recap my work outs for last week:
Monday February 20th, 2012:
Starting Weight: 159 pounds (that's right, folks! The highest I've EVER BEEN!! I'm not proud of it, but it is what it is). Starting Fat Percentage: 24%
Work Out: Chest and Back w/abs (lots of push ups and pull downs)
Tuesday February 21st, 2012
My mother got in a very bad car accident and we spent the entire day in the ER. Thank goodness she is alive and well, but she did break her sternum and mess up her knee pretty bad. She is thankfully she is home resting and getting well. because of this, Lauren and I agreed to skip my Wednesday work out
Friday February 24th, 2012:
Legs - Wow! Can you say "out of shape??" Lauren really had me work my legs and do lunges from one end of the gym to the other. I can tell you that I had a hard time walking the entire weekend!
Saturday February 25th, 2012:
Rode the bike at The Club for 40 minutes. It has been over 2 1/2 years since I worked out at The Club! Unbelievable!
Sunday February 26th, 2012:
I did 45 Minutes of P90X Kempo. After a frustrating and stressful week, it felt GREAT to kick, punch and yell! I just feel as though I have so many responsibilities and things to do at home and work, it was a great outlet for me.
